What do you need in order to set up support on my site?
All we will need is access to the WordPress Dashboard on your website.
Once you sign up, we will walk you through the process and help you along the way.
What do you do if my site has been hacked?
While a hacked site is rare (when we are maintaining your WP site) if your site does get hacked we can immediately restore your site from a backup to get it up and running again.
We will then take all necessary precautions to ensure your site will not become compromised again.
How do I contact you for support?
During business hours (M-F from 8am to 6pm PST) you will have the option for:
– Phone Support
– Email Support
During non-business hours, you can utilize our email support.
If an update breaks my site, do you fix it free-of-charge?
Absolutely. Typically, if we are handling the software, plugin and theme updates, we will thoroughly test the site to ensure nothing is conflicting or broken. But in the rare event that there are issues, we will fix it free of charge.
Do you offer 24/7 technical support?
Not yet but we are moving in that direction.
Currently, support hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm PST.
However, we still monitor your site 24/7 and we will be notified of any critical or uptime issues at any time of the day or night.
Can you restore the site from a backup of an earlier version?
Can you help my site load faster?
Do you provide an SSL certificate for my site?
If you are hosting with us, we will provide you with a free SSL certificate. However, if you choose to stay with your own hosting company, you would need to contact them to ensure you have an SSL certificate in place (most reputable hosting companies provide SSL certificates.)
Of course, we are happy to help if you need any guidance in getting in touch with them or need any advice or information.
Do I get access to any premium WordPress plugins when I sign up?
Yes you do! You can take advantage of some of the best premium plugins out there including:
- WPRocket
- Imagify (image compression for faster load times)
- Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
- Gravity Forms
- Advanced Custom Fields
- and more
Do you provide web design services?
Yes we do. While it’s not included in our WP Maintenance Plan, we would be happy to provide design or development services at a discounted hourly rate. Contact us and we can talk about what you are looking to do.
