Absolutely. Typically, if we are handling the software, plugin and theme updates, we will thoroughly test the site to ensure nothing is conflicting or broken. But in the rare event that there are issues, we will fix it free of charge.

If you are hosting with us, we will provide you with a free SSL certificate. However, if you choose to stay with your own hosting company, you would need to contact them to ensure you have an SSL certificate in place (most reputable hosting companies provide SSL certificates.)
